I run Cyberangels and am the author of The Parent's Guide to Protecting Your Children in Cyberspace, McGraw-Hill. I also speak with thousands of kids every month at schools and community centers. No matter how many horrors I see, with children running off to meet online predators, or child pornography, or hate and violent threats...the greatest risk our children face in connections with the Internet is being denied access. Unless we act now, no one will be able to bridge the digital divide. And when we think about the digital divide, let's remember that we're also talking about special needs kids...those without arms or legs, who need this medium to be judged on the basis of what's inside, not how well their body parts work. Let's all band together...we can change the world! Parry
