Before laptops are elevated to this position then school divisions need to carefully select those site where information is accurate, on the appropriate reading/comprehension level, and accessible to all students.
School book publishers have always been responsible for accuracy and comprehension levels. We in Texas have always had an arduous process for textbook selection. This would also be appropriate for information selection.
